Dust Control Environmental Ltd – Procurement of ERP System – Cloud Based

Summary This tender seeks proposals for the supply of a cloud based ERP system to Dust Control Environmental (DCE) Ltd. This will need to incorporate the smooth transition and migration of all data and records from our existing sage finance database and excel sales and marketing database.

Overview Established in 2010 and operating from Headquarters in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, DCE design, manufacturer, supply and install high performance dust collectors and equipment. There is also an aftermarket offering which involves the supply of spares and parts as well as the commissioning and testing of LEVs (Local Exhaust Ventilation).

As part of their growth and development plans DCE has a goal to move to a cloud based ERP system to optimize efficient operations. The aim is to reduce manual processing, improve reporting functions throughout departments with a highly secure system that requires little or no future upgrades.

Expected Supplier Outputs:

  • ERP Software installation & configuration.
  • Module configuration to include Core and Finance module, Sales order processing, Purchase processing, Design processing, Manufacturing management, warehouse management, inventory, fixed asset and jobs.
